We are seeking a dynamic Travel Agent Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives within our 3‑4 star international hotel chain. The role requires strong English communication skills, a business‑focused mindset, and a commitment to excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase travel agent bookings.
- Maintain and grow relationships with international travel agencies.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role within a 3‑4 star international hotel chain.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong business acumen and service orientation.
- Cheerful, open, and dynamic personality.

Work Schedule
Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
