Job Overview

Responsible for overseeing all Human Resources (HR) and General Affairs (GA) functions within the hospital to ensure effective, orderly operations, regulatory compliance, and support for optimal healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and managerial reports.
• Lead recruitment processes for medical and non‑medical staff.
• Manage payroll, attendance, contracts, and personnel administration.
• Oversee BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law and industrial‑relations practices.
• Coordinate facility, asset, vendor management, and general office operations.
• Support hospital accreditation processes (value‑added).
• Foster clear, assertive communication and provide strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in HRGA, preferably within a hospital setting.
• In‑depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and industrial‑relations practices.
• Proven expertise in recruiting medical and non‑medical personnel.
• Experience managing payroll, attendance systems, employment contracts, and personnel records.
• Familiarity with BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
• Understanding of hospital accreditation processes (advantageous).
• Experience in facility, asset, vendor, and general affairs management.
• Ability to draft SOPs, corporate policies, and managerial reports.
• Strong leadership, clear and assertive communication, and problem‑solving skills.
