We are seeking a dynamic Sales Order Specialist to manage customer orders for Olympic Group furniture. The role involves achieving sales targets, conducting client visits, presenting products, and handling invoicing.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 in any field accepted.
- At least 1 year of experience, preferably in furniture or FMCG sales.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High integrity and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Target‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Team player.
- Valid driving licence (SIM A or C).
Responsibilities
- Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
- Visit assigned territories in West Jakarta and promote Olympic Group furniture.
- Explain product features and deliver effective presentations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and follow up on promotional offers.
- Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable and proper invoicing.
Work Schedule & Location
- Work days: Monday – Saturday.
- Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00.
- Placement: Joglo, Pengumben, Kembangan District, West Jakarta.
