Barista Head of Operations

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Barista Head of Operations to lead our coffee and matcha service in West Jakarta (Joglo area). The role requires precise drink preparation, teamwork, and a passion for specialty beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare matcha and coffee drinks with accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation.
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support operational processes and ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: D3/D4.
• At least 1 year of experience as a barista in a café setting.
• Strong knowledge of matcha and coffee preparation.
• Ability to work in West Jakarta (Joglo area).
• Open to all genders.
