We are looking for a proactive leader to manage workshop operations and drive service development. The role demands solid technical expertise, effective team leadership, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the workshop team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate technical tasks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of workshop activities.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team.
• Uphold high standards of honesty, discipline, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Male, minimum age 23 years.
• Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent SMK qualification).
• At least 1 year of relevant technical experience, preferably in ototoxic equipment handling.
• Proven ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
• Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and meticulousness.

Working Schedule

• Days: Monday – Saturday
