We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to develop and implement strategies that boost team sales performance within the fintech industry.
Qualifications
- Male or female, aged 19‑35 years
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a team leader in fintech, with a managed team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategies to increase team sales
- Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of sales staff
- Set sales targets and ensure they are consistently met
- Prepare regular sales reports covering progress, challenges, and proposed solutions
Working Conditions
- Work days: Monday – Friday
- Working hours: 09:00 – 17:00
