We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Specialist to join PT YIWU Indonesia International. This role involves managing and optimizing all e‑commerce operations, overseeing the Seller Center, handling paid advertising, monitoring GMV, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize end‑to‑end e‑commerce operational processes.
- Operate and maintain the Seller Center platform.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns.
- Track and analyze Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) metrics.
- Develop and manage promotional programs.
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination across teams.
- Analyze operational data to drive improvements.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in e‑commerce operations.
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in Indonesian.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian e‑commerce platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with Seller Center tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills.
- Computer literacy, digital marketing tools, sales administration, and data analysis.
Work Schedule
Working days: To be announced.
Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00.
