- Visit assigned communities and build relationships with women entrepreneurs.
- Provide business guidance and financial‑literacy education, including simple budgeting, savings discipline, and repayment monitoring.
- Disburse group‑based micro‑loans without collateral.
- Listen to client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Female, aged 18‑33.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Strong social skills and enjoyment of meeting people.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) and attention to detail.
- Base salary according to regional minimum wage (UMP).
- THR equal to 2 × base salary.
