Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Cashier/Teller to serve our customers in Nusa Dua, Bali. The role involves handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4
- Age: Maximum 30 years
- Gender: All
- Work experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency, 3D Max awareness, ability to operate motorized vehicles
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Transactions: Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, and currency exchanges promptly and courteously.
- Cash Management: Receive, count, and record cash; maintain teller limits; perform daily cash balancing against system reports.
- Security & Accuracy: Verify authenticity of cash, signatures, and documents; prevent data entry errors and fraud; safeguard customer confidentiality.
- Administration & Reporting: Prepare daily cash flow reports; file transaction slips, receipts, and supporting documents; report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Service & Communication: Provide basic product information, build positive customer relationships, and guide clients through transaction procedures.
- Compliance: Adhere to teller SOPs, security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards; participate in regular training and briefings.
Working Schedule
- Days: Monday – Saturday
- Hours: 08:00 – 16:00
