Tim Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) – Kuala Simpang

We are seeking a Tim Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) to manage A/R overdue collections and support branch operations in Kuala Simpang.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure timely execution of A/R overdue collection activities.
• Visit customers for collection purposes.
• Assist branches in handling problematic partners.
• Achieve company‑set targets, including the retrieval of problematic customer units.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Open to candidates with no prior experience.
• Minimum age: 18 years (maximum 65 years).
• Male candidates.
• All education levels accepted.
• Understanding of multifinance business processes and target‑driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; integrity, perseverance, accuracy, and honesty.
• SPPI card is a plus.
