We are seeking a proactive Senior Officer Marketing Agent to recruit and manage agents who facilitate customer transactions secured by motorbike BPKB collateral. The role involves document verification, ensuring payment quality, and conducting field visits to high‑traffic locations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit agents capable of handling customer applications with motorbike BPKB as collateral.
• Conduct surveys and verify documentation submitted by agents.
• Maintain high standards of payment quality and customer satisfaction.
• Visit crowded venues and public areas for promotional and recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
• Open to all genders.
• No age limit.
• At least 0 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).

Work Schedule

Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
