We are seeking a Community Officer to support low‑income women in the Majalengka area. The role involves business mentoring, financial‑literacy training, and facilitating group financing.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned communities and build relationships with women entrepreneurs.
Provide business guidance and financial‑literacy education, including simple budgeting, savings discipline, and repayment monitoring.
Disburse group‑based micro‑loans without collateral.
Listen to client needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Requirements

Female, aged 18‑33.
Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
Strong social skills and enjoyment of meeting people.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) and attention to detail.
