Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and ensure high‑quality service.

Requirements:

• Female, age 20‑35 years
• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; S1 preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, call center, or related fields
• Strong communication skills, honesty, agility, and teamwork orientation
• Ability to handle customer complaints and problems professionally
• Resident of Badung, Bali

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Saturday
• 08:00 – 17:00
