Executive Account Representative

We are seeking motivated Sales professionals to promote and sell Wi‑Fi and broadband Internet services to residential and business customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer and sell Wi‑Fi/Internet broadband packages to households, apartments, shops, and businesses.
• Conduct sales activities door‑to‑door, at booths, through canvassing, events, and online channels as directed.
• Explain product details including package options, speed & benefits, pricing & promotions, and installation terms.
• Assist customers from registration through installation request.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up prospects until closing.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat orders.
• Record and report sales activities using CRM, Google Forms, or WhatsApp reports.
• Coordinate with team leaders or supervisors to resolve field issues.
• Uphold the company’s image and reputation during all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Maximum age: 40 years.
• All genders accepted.
• No prior experience required; sales experience (Wi‑Fi, telco, FMCG) is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target‑oriented and comfortable working in the field.
• Own smartphone is mandatory.
• Own vehicle is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on a target‑based commission system.
