Konsultan Manajemen Spa dan Kebugaran

We are seeking a dedicated Spa and Fitness Management Consultant to provide professional client consultations, promote services, and support daily spa operations.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum SMA/SMK/Equivalent
• Gender: Female
• Age: No maximum limit
• Experience: Minimum 1 year (preferably 1‑2 years in Beauty Industry sales or hospitality)

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation – Provide professional advice, understand client needs, and recommend appropriate spa services and products.
• Upselling & Promotion – Actively promote spa services and products.
• Customer Engagement – Greet clients warmly, ensure a comfortable atmosphere, and maintain high service standards.
• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Industry Awareness – Stay up‑to‑date with the latest beauty industry trends.
• Operational Support – Assist with daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Performance Reporting – Prepare and present sales performance reports with insights for service and sales strategy improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in the beauty industry (beauty/aesthetic clinic) or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of offered products and services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Good administrative skills and proficiency with digital sales reporting tools.
• Proactive attitude toward clients and a passion for the beauty industry.
