We are seeking a diligent Officer Remedial (Collection) to manage overdue A/R collections, conduct client visits, support branch handling of problematic partners, and achieve company‑set targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure timely execution of overdue A/R collection activities.
- Visit clients for debt collection and follow‑up.
- Assist the branch in handling problematic partners.
- Achieve collection targets established by the company.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (open to all majors; fresh graduates welcome).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar collection role (preferred).
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- Male candidates only.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and target‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
Work Schedule
- Monday – Saturday
- 08:00 – 17:00
