Program Student Consultant (Sales Staff)

Ayoo! Akademi seeks an energetic and motivated Program Student Consultant to join our team in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. The role involves promoting our programs, assisting prospective students and parents, and supporting the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and clearly communicate program details, classes, and unique advantages to prospective students and their parents.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and prospects to foster trust and confidence in the academy.
• Assist new student enrollment, including form completion, document collection, and explanation of academy procedures.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of prospective students and parents in the system.
• Update pricing, discount, and special promotion information as needed.
• Identify prospective student needs and recommend appropriate membership packages or class options.
• Participate in promotional activities such as open houses, trial classes, and other events.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3/D4).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or education (experience in sports or children’s learning centers is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in explaining programs to parents and prospects.
• Target‑driven with strong persuasion abilities.
• Basic administrative skills and familiarity with computers and CRM systems (preferred).
• Female candidates only.

Work Schedule

• Full‑time position.
• Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00.
• Specific workdays to be confirmed.
