Security Specialist – Manajemen Risiko Korporat

We are looking for a Security Specialist to ensure the safety and security of our hotel premises and guests while supporting corporate risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Male candidates
• At least 1 year of security experience (preferably in the hospitality sector)
• Gada Pratama certification
• Strong discipline, firmness, and physical/mental health
• Friendly and approachable demeanor toward guests
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
• Basic English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain security of the hotel area and protect guests
• Monitor entry and exit of people and vehicles
• Conduct regular patrols
• Respond to emergencies (e.g., lost items, disturbances)
• Assist guests as needed
• Prepare incident reports for each shift

Working Schedule

• Days: Monday – Saturday
• Hours: 08:00 – 06:00 (shift work)
