Senior Officer Telemarketing

We are seeking a Senior Officer Telemarketing to manage inbound inquiries and drive sales for our beauty clinic.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in beauty clinic, cosmetics, or online sales.
• Proficient in chat and phone communication with persuasive copy‑writing skills.
• Experienced with WhatsApp Business, Instagram Direct Messaging, TikTok, and marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of aesthetics, sales processes, market analysis, and negotiation.
• Disciplined, responsive, target‑oriented, and capable of team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective customers via Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, marketplace and other digital channels.
• Provide accurate information on products, treatments, promotions, and clinic services.
• Actively follow up leads until scheduling or transaction is completed.
• Record lead data and conversion status in daily reports or the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Maintain the clinic’s brand image through professional, brand‑aligned communication.

Work Schedule

• Working days: Friday – Saturday
• Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30
