Supervisor Program Mahasiswa (Supervisor Penjualan)

Ayoo! Akademi is seeking an energetic and motivated Supervisor Program Mahasiswa (Supervisor Penjualan) to lead the Student Program Advisor team at our Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and be fully accountable for the Student Program Advisor team, ensuring processes, job duties, and targets are achieved smoothly.
• Promote and convey clear, compelling information about programs, classes, and academy advantages to prospective students and parents.
• Build strong relationships with parents and prospects to foster confidence and comfort with the academy.
• Assist new student enrollment: complete forms, collect documents, and explain academy procedures.
• Maintain accurate, organized records of prospective students and parents in the system.
• Update pricing, discount, and special promotion details.
• Identify student needs and recommend appropriate membership packages or classes.
• Support academy promotional activities such as open houses, trial classes, and events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3/D4).
• Female candidates only.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or education (sports or children’s learning centers is a plus).
• Minimum 1 year of team‑leadership experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in explaining programs to parents and prospects.
• Target‑driven mindset with strong persuasion abilities.
• Basic administration skills; proficiency with computers and CRM systems is advantageous.

Work Schedule:

• Work days: To be communicated.
• Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00.
