Controller Stock Inventory Management

Job Description

• Control and monitor inventory of food & beverage items.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with procurement, kitchen, and sales teams to ensure timely replenishment.
• Prepare and present inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Maximum age: 30 years.
• Gender: Open to all applicants.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Stock Controller in the F&B sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Working Hours

• Schedule: To be discussed.
• Shift: 08:00 – 17:00.
